Later they signed a contract with a Palestinian businessman who has been buying old residences in the old city lately. Aj-Jodeh family accuses the last of transferring the property to an Israeli colonial institution.
The accused businessman negated buying the residence from Aj-Jodeh family, and claims that the contract between him and Adeeb Aj-Jodeh (the transfer agent representing his mom Lamia' Aj-Jodeh) was dissolved. Later on it turned out that the transfer of the property to the colonial institution was in the same day it was decided to sale it to the businessman, and the contract was between (Lamia'a jodeh and the mentioned businessman)
The Bill of sale was posted on social media, in addition to a picture of a document reveals leaking the property to an Israeli institution.
The mentioned Business man bought many residences in the old city lately and may probably transfer them to colonial institutions.
Whenever a Palestinian property is transferred to Israeli colonial institutions a circle of rumors, accusations and denials appear until the truth is lost.
But the only known truth now is an important Palestinian structure fell in colonial hands, this is one of the occupation's most popular methods in take over properties in the Jerusalem old city.
