Israeli Violations in the Time of Corona

The Israeli Occupation Authorities continue their arbitrary procedures against people of Al-‘Isawiya. The Occupation Forces carry out daily invasions, open rubber bullets, tear gas, and sonic bombs.

There are also daily arrests, along with house invasions, assaults, destruction of properties, terrorizing citizens and children, and searching homes.

The Occupation forces took advantage of the lockdown imposed to fight the corona virus to increase terror attacks in Al-Isawiya.

A citizen from the village told our field worker in Jerusalem:

“Every night, the occupation forces raid the village and torture us. They stop men, women, and children at the street to search their clothed and bags; they open rubber bullets and throw tear gas. They even arrest children under 18.”

The Occupation forces imposed complete closure on Al-‘Isawiya several times in the recent years, Represented in closing the main entrances via cement blocks, assaulting people on their way into and out of the village, and distribution demolition and halt of work orders to people of the village.
