Israeli Violations in the time of Corona

March 16th 2020, The Israeli Occupation machineries built a new segment of the Annexation and Expansion Wall, in order to block Ash-Shaikh Sa’adan area from Jabal Al-Mukabir.

In the early morning hours of Monday, the occupation machineries installed cement blocks (8 m high) to add a new segment to the apartheid wall between the communities of Ash-Shaikh Sa’ed and Jabal Al-Mukabir . The two villages were geographically connected in the past before constructing the apartheid wall in 2002, but the occupation isolated them after demolishing number of houses and facilities and ravaging vast areas of lands, and today the occupation authorities installed a cement wall not only to isolate people but also to block the view.

After The Trump administration suggested the Deal of the Century, the occupation is taking rapid steps to devour more Palestinian lands, and empty the area from its residents through house demolitions, banning construction, and opening colonial roads.

The Occupation Authorities is expanding a street that connects “Jilo” and “Harhoma” illegal colonies to penetrate Jerusalem, and reach Ma’ale Adoumim and Meshour Adoumim colonies north east the occupied Jerusalem , by this the occupation will connect illegal Israeli colonies on both sides of the wall just in line with the deal of the century plan.

On the other side, the occupation is clearly neglecting Arab neighborhoods in Jerusalem that desperately needs organization, and also prohibits the Palestinian authorities and civil society organizations from providing facilitations or services to the left-alone Arab communities.

Land Research Center warns against severe Human Rights Violations in Jerusalem and all around the West Bank during the Corona lock down in the occupied territories and Israel.
