Halt of work notice on residential and agricultural facilities in Kafr Malik / Ramallah governorate
Violation: Halt of work notices.
Location: Al-Ka’abneh community – Ras At-Teen/ Ramallah governorate.
Date: August 6-9 2020.
Perpetrator: The Israeli Occupation Civil Administration.
Victims: ten families from the Bedouin community.
Description:
The Israeli Occupation Authorities delivered halt of work notices to several families in Al-Ka’abneh Bedouin community in Ras At-Teen area to the east of Kafr Malik.
According to the notices , the occupation sets September 8th 2020 as the date of the subcommittee session in Beil El military court to decide the fate of the structure.

Residential and Agricultural facilities threatened of demolition
Community head Salameh Ka’abneh told LRC:
“Al-Ka’abneh Bedouins depend mainly on cattle breeding for living and practice a basic life , the community doesn’t contain a mosque , a school or even basic life possibilities , it is composed of 30 families who have been living in the area for more than 25 years, and now the Israeli occupation is attempting to uproot them from the area.”
Al-Ka’abneh community is 9 km away from Kafr Malik, the lands belong to farmers from the village and are a registered Tapu , but to the 120 people Bedouins who reside the area they have no legal documents and own nothing.
