The threatened facilities in Al-Ka’abneh Bedouin community – Ein Samiya

Al-Ka’abneh bedouin community village council head Mohammed told LRC:

“We’ve been residing Ein Samiya for more than 40 years in an area known as “At-Tabeel” located in natural block (31) piece (26) of Kafr Malik northeast Ramallah, the community composes of about 18 families. Since the establishment of the new outpost “Kokhav Hashaher”, we’ve been witnessing daily assaults , fanatic settlers sneak to the community at night and loot agricultural tools , and recently the occupation forces raided the community and distributed military notices”.

Al-Ka’abneh bedouin community is only 2 km to the east of Kafr Malik , residents of the community practice a basic life. The community lacks infrastructure and services, and they depend on cattle breeding as a main source of income, Israeli settlers established a new outpost close to the community which made life in it even harder.
