Residential and Agricultural Tents Confiscated in Kafr Malik village / Ramallah Governorate
Violation: Demolition and Confiscation of Residential and Agricultural Tents.
Location: Ras At-Teen area – Kafr Malik village / Ramallah Governorate.
Date: October 14th 2021.
Perpetrators: The building inspector at the Israeli Civil Administration.
Victims: 7 Bedouin families at the area.
Description:
Thursday, October 14th 2021, The Israeli Occupation Forces accompanied by the building inspector at the Israeli Civil Administration raided Ras At-Teen area in Kafr Malik Village. The forces dismantled and confiscated number of residential and agricultural structures in a closed military zone , and belong to number of families from the community.
This is part of the Occupation’s Forcible displacement policies at the Jordan Valley, by making live intolerable for such communities.
Noteworthy, At the beginning of the winter season Bedouins move to a different location , with better weather conditions , and most of time they leave their residential and agricultural structures at the winter spot, so they can get back to them in the summer, but the Occupation took advantage of the situation and confiscated the tents.

The Confiscated tents
In August 2021, the building inspector at the Israeli Civil Administration served halt of work notices to many families at the village , and in July 14th 2021 , the occupation forces raided the community and demolished tents of 13 Bedouin families.
Al-0Ka’abneh Bedouin community is located in Ras At-Teen, about 9 km away from Kafr Malik. Most of the community residents are Bedouins and depend on cattle breeding as a main source of income. The community composes of 37 families living at the community for more than 25 years.
