Violation: Confiscating a residential Shack, and an outdoor bathroom.
Location: Khirbet Al-Faresiya and Umm Al-Jemal in Tubas governorate.

Description:
Thursday, The Israeli Occupation Forces accompanied by the civil administration invaded Khirbet Al-Faresiya in the northern Jordan Valley and got to Khallet Al-Khader , where the occupation confiscated a metal room with a total area of 24 m2 , in addition to confiscating an outdoor bathroom that belong to citizen Radad Daraghmeh from the international institutions “Action Aid” with EU funding , after the family was left homeless as a result of the occupation’s measurements.
Radad Daraghma supports a family of five , three of them are children , and have been suffering from the Occupation’s arbitrary measurements for years.
- In October 13th 2020, the occupation served a notice of removal within 96 hours, read LRC report on the case.

Location of the Confiscation
Confiscating a wood Pergola:
In November 12th 2020, the Israeli Occupation Forces Confiscated a Wood pergola with a total area of 12 m2, built by Middle East Council of Churches .
Rasheed Khdairat , a Volunteer in Middle East Council of Churches told LRC:
“The pergola was built to provide a resting place for hikers at the area, and to encourage tourism at the location. Wednesday, November 11th 2020, we set up the pergola and the next day it was dismantled and confiscated by the so called Israeli Civil Administration, the occupation claims that the area is a shooting zone.”
