Description:
For the ninth time in a raw, the Israeli Occupation targets the Bedouin community Humsa Al-Fouqa area (Al-Buqai’a).
Thursday, July 15th 2021, the Israeli Occupation forces raided Humsa Al-Fouqa area east Sahel Al-Buqai’a , and confiscated a residential tent that belongs to family of citizen Waleed Abu Al-Kbash. Noteworthy, the tent Is a residence for a family of 12 members (6 of them are females), And was provided to the family as a donation from the International red cross society and has a total area of 60 m2.
Noting that the affected family went under forced displacement more than five times, the occupation claims that the area is a closed military zone.
Wednesday, July 7th 2021, A Massive Israeli Force and Israeli machineries raided Khirbet Humsa Al-Fouqa, where the occupation demolished and confiscated a large number of residential and agricultural structures that belong to nine families from the village, donated by Humanitarian organizations to support families at the area. The Occupation confiscated the properties, then announced the area a closed military zone, where access for Palestinians is banned.

Israeli displacement policies are a violation of both international and Humanitarian law and the Geneva forth convention which forbids displacing civilians or violating Human Rights in the times of wars and conflicts. Consequently, Israeli measurements in Khirbet Humsa Al-Fouqa is a crime against Humanity, the occupation’s objectives focus on land seizure, displacing indegionous people, and replace them with Israeli Jewish settlers.
The Occupation also aims to empty the Jordan Valley area from its Palestinian residents, and annex the vast areas of land to their full control (Israel).
