Violation: Halt of work notice.
Location: Duma village – Nablus governorate.

Victims: Citizen Fawzi Salawda.
Description:
Thursday, January 2nd 2018 the Israeli Occupation authorities issued a halt of work notice on a house belongs to Citizen Fawzi Salawda, on the pretext of building without licenses in Duma village south Nablus.
Fawzi Salawda said:
“3 Israeli vehicles raided “Al-Khalleh” area west the village, the inspection officer gave our contactor a halt of work notice.”
The notice is numbered (050420) and ordered the immediate stoppage of construction work, on the pretext of building without licenses, and set January 18th 2018 as the date of the subcommittee session in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the structure.
Notice number (050420) targets Citizen Fawzi Salawda’s house
The targeted house has a total area of (275 m2), it was supposed to be a home for a family of 7, the owner had built it on a plot he owns (1852 m2).
A house belongs to citizen Salawda
Salawda immediately headed to the village council to prepare a legal file, and object through the Jerusalem Legal Aid and Human Rights Center.
