Violation: Demolition of Residential and agricultural structures.
Location: Al-M’uarajat area east At-Tayba / Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate.
Date: March 20th 2022.
Perpetrators: The building inspector at the Israeli Civil Administration.
Victims: 3 Bedouin families.
Description:
Sunday morning, March 20th 2022, the Israeli Occupation forces accompanied by the building inspector at the Israeli civil administration raided Al-M’uarajat area north east Ramallah. the forces carried on destroying 3 building built of zinc and plastic sheets , and a cattle barn on the pretext of building without a license in area C “according to Oslo accords classification” , the targeted lands belong to three Bedouin families.
Noteworthy, the occupation already notified the three targeted structures with removal notices, the forced eviction takes place after only seven days from the military order date in February 28th 2022 , noting that the houses received halt of work notices during the past few years.
Since establishing a new outpost in Al-M’uarijat area three years ago, Israeli illegal colonists carry out frequent harassments at the area, the Israeli occupation authorities on the other hand, also distributed a large number of halt of work notices for residential and agricultural structures, for example, in 2019 the occupation distributed 40 halt of work notices.

Al-Mulihat clan originate back to An-Naqab south historical Palestine, they went under forced displacement in 1948 , and most of them currently live at the Jordan Valley areas , and in Al-Mu’arajat are in Ramallah, most of them depend on agriculture and cattle breeding as a main source of income , and live a very basic life.
During the past two years, the occupation demolished a number of residences at the location, and five Bedouin families had to face forced eviction.
