Violation: Halt of construction order.

Description:
Tuesday October 29th 2019, about 11:00 the Israeli occupation forces accompanied by the building and organization officer raided Majdil Beni Fadel village south east Nablus, the occupation gave Subhi Zain Ad-Deen a halt of work order on his agricultural barracks in Khallet An-Natesh, the notice consists of a halt of construction on an agricultural barracks with an area of 300 m2 built of zinc, metal and bricks. The farmer wants to use it as a barn to provide a source of income for a family of 8 people.
Farmer Subhi Zain Ad-Deen (50) told LRC:
“The targeted barracks is in the northern area of the village , 700 m from the town’s houses , and built on a plot with an area of 2 dunums planted with olives , the barracks was built to establish an agricultural project for sheep breeding .”
Izz Ad-Deen asserted :
“Once I received the notice, I went to the village council that gave me guidance to file a lawsuit to freeze the military order through preparing a legal file and ownership documents.”
