Violation: Halt of Work and Demolition Notices.
Date: March 4th 2021.
Location: Ma’in – Yatta / Hebron governorate.
Perpetrators: The Israeli Civil Administration.
Victims: Five families from Ma’in area.
Description:
March 4th 2021, the Israeli Occupation Authorities issued halt of work notices for citizens houses on the pretext of building without a license in Ma’in southeast Yatta / Hebron Governorate.
A Vehicle related to the Occupation forces accompanied by the so-called construction inspector at the civil administration raided the area and served demolition notices, hanged them on the targeted buildings, and took pictures of them before withdrawing.

Noteworthy, Ma’in area is located to the south of Yatta , the Occupation had issued halt of work notices for many citizens at the village , they filed objections but met with final demolition notices for the buildings within 7 days.
Citizen Isma’il Hammad Received a demolition and removal notice for a new building based on military order (1797) issued in 2018, the Occupation threatened to demolish the house and remove its components in 96 hours.
