On the morning of Monday, June 6, 2022, the Israeli occupation army, accompanied by the so-called construction inspector of the Israeli Civil Administration, raided the "Sama Jericho" area, located east of Jericho, adjacent to the bypass road called "Line 90", and targeted five residential houses under completion, belonging to families from Jerusalem, by notifying them a halt to work and construction on the pretext of non-licensing, in areas named “C” according to the Oslo Accords.
According to the details contained in the notifications, the occupation set the date 06/27/2022 a date for a session of the "Construction and Organization Committee" to discuss what it called "the demolition of the building or the return of the place to its previous state." Where this committee will hold its meeting in its headquarters in the settlement of "Beit El".
