Violation: Bulldoze lands and demolish wells.

Location: March,31^th,2025.

Date: Al-Jumjuma – Halhul town / Hebron governorate.

Perpetrator: The so-called Israeli Civil Administration.

Affected party: Khader Al Shoubak, Ahmad Al Aqrat and Yasir Karajeh.

Details:

In March,31^th2025, the occupation authorities bulldoze the citizens’ lands and uprooting trees in Al-Jumjuma area northwest Halhul town, north Hebron governorate.

The affected farmers reported in the early hours of that day, they observed a force from the occupation army accompanied by white vehicles belonging to the civil administration, supported by a Hyundai tracked excavator and caterpillar bulldozer, both in civilian (yellow) color. The force raided Al-Jumjuma area and bulldoze the lands.

The lands belong to:

Citizen Khader Mohammad Suliman Al-Shoubak, who supports a family consisting of 8 members, two of them are children and 3 females, as he owns a plot of piece with total area of 6 dunams, as told that the occupation authorities bulldozed and uprooted 400 grape trees aging 8 years old. as a harvesting cistern was demolished with capacity of 80m³.

The affected citizens pointed out that a force of occupation authorities bulldozed his land without issuing any prior notices, and he was not aware that it was classified as’ state land nor had he received any notification declaring it as such.

1. Citizen Ahmad Mohammad Al Aqrat: who supports a family consisting of (7 members) adults, two of them. He owns a plot with total area 8 dunams and told that the occupation authorities demolished harvesting cistern with a capacity of 100m³ that located over past 10 years. As 200 olive and grape saplings aging 7 years were uprooted, and demolished stones terraces with 150m long that surrounded the land.
2. Yasir Mohammad Ali Karajeh: who supports a family consisting of 11 members, include one child, 3 of them are females, as he owns a plot of piece with total area of 5 dunams, and told that the occupation authorities bulldozed the land and siege around it, also uprooted about 70 grape saplings and 70 almond sapli9ngs aging 3 years.

 The occupation authorities had targeted the lands of the citizen Al Aqat with an eviction notice titled ‘’ notice to evict’ number 1492, issued on 22/1/2025. The notice demanded the evacuation of the land and demolition of what had been built under the pretext that classified as ‘State lands’, as give the citizen a period of 45 days to inform an objection to the notice of evict, he tries to presenting the objection file.

It's worth mentioning that the occupation authorities targeted Al-Jumjuma area in January,22^th 2025 with notices of evict that targeted about 70 dunams from agricultural lands.
