Perpetrator: The Israeli Occupation army and Civil Administration.
Victims: A citizen from the village.
Description:
Wednesday , Dec 3rd 2018 , Massive army forces raided Majdel Bani Fadel village south Nablus , and dismantled a barracks with a total area of 55 m2 and confiscated all its components , the targeted barracks belong to Maqbola Othman (67) , and set up on her plot.
The Occupation authorities claim that the barracks was built without licenses in C area , the location is only 300 m southwest the village’s built up area.

Owner Maqboula Othman said that the occupation forces encircled the barracks , and prohibited her and her sons from approaching the location then carried out dismantling it , and confiscated all its components (iron and zinc plates).
Maqboula filed a complaint through the Palestinian Liaison Office in Nablus , and prepared a legal file with a little hope to gain back her properties.
