Settlers of “Price tag” gang slash car tires and write hatred inciting slogans in ‘Einabus village / Nablus governorate

Violation: Slashing car tires and writing hatred inciting slogans.

Location  : ‘Einabus village / Nablus governorate.

Date: 13/06/2019.

Perpetrators: “Price tag” settlers.

Victims: number of farmers from the village.

Description:

Thursday, 13 June 2019 , settlers belong to the price tag gang raided ‘Einabus village and slashed the tires of several cars , and wrote hatred inciting slogans.

Village council head “Talib” told LRC reporter:

“ About 3:00 AM , fanatic settlers sneaked to our village and slashed three car tires belong to : Jamal Shqour, Imad Rashdan and Mohammad Amran. The radical settlers also wrote hatred inciting slogans on the walls of the village mosque, the medical center,  in addition to several spots, the slogans were signed with price tag.  The perpetrators are probably from Yitzhar  illegal settlement, which devours wide areas from the town’s lands.” .

About ‘Einabus village[1]:

8 km to the south of Nablus, ‘Einabus is bordered by ‘Urif village (north west), Jama’in (west), Huwwara ( east) , and Zita (south.

‘Einabus has a population of 2,891 people until 2017 census , and a total area of 4088 dunums, of which 482 dunums are a built up area.

The occupation confiscated about 114 dunums for the following:

  • Israeli settlements: Yitzhar settlement ate up 111 dunums.
  • Bypass roads: bypass 5076 devoured 2.5 dunums.

Oslo accords divided the village as the following:

  • B area: 3413 dunums of the towns lands.
  • C area : 675 (under Israeli full control).
