Description:
Colonists protected by the Occupation forces close off vast areas at the northern Jordan Valley , in an attempt to Judaize postures nearby Bedouin communities.
January 3rd 2021, a group of illegal colonists cultivated more than 24 dunums of lands nearby a Palestinian rural community, the targeted plot is only 8 m away from the tents , and colonists were seen setting up a water network.
The targeted lands in fact belong to farmers from Tubas which is proved by Tapupapers , and are significant postures for Bedouins and farmers at Ehmayir , who depend mainly on agriculture and cattle breeding for living.
Daif Allah Daraghma (47) from Al-Faresiya from Al-Faresiya believes that these colonization activities aim for group displacement of people of the area. After building an outpost and illegally cultivate the area’s land, the occupation will make efforts to force rural and Bedouin communities’ residents to leave the area on the pretext of protecting colonists’ security , this imposes a threat on about 180 people have been residing the area for more than three decades.

Since the establishment of the outpost, Palestinians living at nearby rural communities have been suffering in their basic living practices . The Occupation forces confiscated water tanks several times , and people of the community are not allowed to build new residences or barns.
Khirbet Al Farisiya :
Khirbet Al Farisiya is located in Wadi Al Malih in Tubas Governorate at a distance of 20 kilometers east of the city of Tubas. The lands of the Khirbet stretch between Al Tayasir checkpoint and the Jordan River. Its current population is 400 Palestinians while the number exceeded 1,000 before the Israeli occupation of 1967.
The residents of the Khirbet largely depend on farming and herding as main source of income. The main clans in the area are Bisharat, Dababiyyat and Dharaghma from the city of Tubas and the town of Tammun. A number of the residents have their roots in the area of Yatta in Hebron Governorate.
