Hafiz Masa’ed (32) told LRC the following:
“I have been living in Khirbet Yarza my whole life; I live with my parents who suffer from chronic conditions and my disabled brother , my children on the other hand suffer from daily assaults by the Israeli occupation forces , the first time they demolished our houses it was a harsh experience on the kids , and even the alternative provided by a humanitarian institution was also targetes.”
Khirbet Yarza is frequently targeted by the Occupation, during the last five years several houses were demolished and a high number received demolition notices, the occupation is also imposing a harsh reality on residents of the Khirbet through turning the communities’ ground into military training area.
