Violation: Halt of Work notice target structures and tents.

Description:
Thursday, July 29th 2021, the building inspector of the Israeli Civil Administration raided Umm Aj-Jamal area in Wad Al-Malih Tubas Governorate, and targeted a number of residential and agricultural structures on the pretext of building without a license in C area.
According to the notices, the occupation sat August 9th 2021, as the date of the building and organization session in Beit El military court, to decide the fate of the structures.

The military notices
The targeted families have been living in the area for more than 15 years, part of the lands belong to the Latin patriarch, and the other part belongs to farmers from Tubas, who live in tents and depend on cattle breeding for living. Only few meters away, the occupation built the illegal colony of Maskiyot and the outpost that overview ‘Ein Al-Hilweh spring. Colonist carry out continuous assaults against people of the community, and a visitor would notice the massive colonial expansion at the area.
Umm Aj-Jamal area is a current home for 12 families about 60 people, most of them depend on cattle breeding for living. The community went under forced displacement many times during the past few years.
