The place is a government zone with large empty lands and under the rule of the occupation , in order to leave areas empty and under the rule of the occupation which is a Judaization technique.

It is noteworthy that the building has an area of 500 m2 or more (estimated) It contains three floors, areas, balconies, and parking spaces around it. It houses social affairs offices in the area. This building is added to other Israeli buildings in the Wadi al-Joz area such as Silicon Valley project and Judaization projects and other demolitions and confiscations in the area to completely change the image of the valley.
