After Israeli colonists took over part of Na'aji property that is founded in Bab Hutta area in the Old City of Jerusalem on November 2016, they came back on June 19, 2017 and grabbed the last part of the property, where a female tenant resides. Noteworthy, residents of the area said that the lady evacuated the property couple of days before being confiscated. Some people say that the property was sold to colonists.

It should be noted that an Israeli court issued an eviction order on three rooms of the property, which were leased for Al-Bakri family in 2016. The court decision said that the ownership of the fourth room, leased for Nefouz Joulani, shall be transferred to colonists upon her death since she is considered third generation tenant.

The property belongs to citizen Imran Na'aji, who had court sessions with Turk colonist over the ownership of the property. Na'aji lost the case because of him being third generation owner.

Land Research Center sees Israeli "3rd generation law" that intend  to expel Palestinians from their residences and lands as complicity with settlement organizations that work so hard to take over properties in the old city of Jerusalem. This is meant to replace Jerusalemites with new colonists despite of this act being contradictory to all international Laws and human rights.
