Violation: New Outpost to be built.

Description:
A group of colonists from Neveh Erez outpost are trying to take over more lands to establish a new outpost 400 m away to the south of Neveh Erez.
Early last April, a group of colonists sat up tents at As-Sahel area southeast Neveh Erez. However, under pressure from the occupation forces, they dismantled the tents and moved them 500 m to the southwest of their previous location.
The new outpost
The targeted area is in a natural block known as Al-Buqa’a Al-Fouqa number “36” in pieces “84,59,83,82,81,80,79,73,74,75,76,77,78” registered as Tapu lands (private ownership) within Deir Dibwan area.
The targeted lands were previously used for agriculture by number of farmers from “As-Sarma” family in Deir Dibwan , and farmers from Mikhmas, families of “Al-Hamed, As-Salem, Al-A’amar , Al-‘Abdallah, Al-Ismael”.
Dibwan municipality head, Dr. Mansour Mansour told LRC:
“The Occupation have been targeting the area for so long, and throughout the past ten years the occupation forces completely closed the area, and imposed access restrictions on landowners and farmers. Recently, Israeli colonists took several attempts to take over the area, ended in setting up a number of tents and establishing a new outpost.”
Illegally built in 2001 on confiscated lands in Deir Dibwan village, Neveh Erez outpost is situated to the south of Ma’ale Mikhmas, and with support from the former government of Ariel Sharon , the outpost was built on private Palestinian lands and is taking over more than 100 dunums inhabited by 70 extremist colonists.
Noteworthy, during the past three years, colonists of Ma’ale Mikhmas built two random outposts on the eastern suburbs of Ramallah Governorate.

5 kilometer east Ramallah, Ramallah is surrounded by Ramon and Ein Yabrud (north), Beitin (west), Al-Nuwe’ma and Ein Dyuk Al-Fuqa (east) , Anatta, Mikhmas. Burqa from the south.
Deir Dibwan has a total population of 4169 people according to statistics conducted in 2017. It has a total area of 74,285 of which 1,789 dunums are a built-up area of the village. The occupation devoured (4121) dunums for the following purposes:
