Violation: issuing military orders.

Location: Beit Sira village / Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate.

Violation date: 06/04/2022.

The aggressor: the so-called Israeli Civil Administration.

Affected party: Rasmi Muhammad Hazem Anakwah, Odeh Muhammad Rashid Anaqwa, Mustafa Theeb Anaqwa.

Violation details:

On Wednesday morning, April 06, 2022, the Israeli occupation army, accompanied by the so-called Organization and Construction Inspector of the Israeli Civil Administration, raided the southwestern side of Beit Sira village, and three agricultural facilities were targeted by notifying them to stop work and construction on the pretext of non-licensing, within the classified area “C”. of the Oslo Accords.

It is noteworthy that the Israeli occupation has set the date (27/4/2022) as the date for the construction and organization session to consider the legality of the facilities notified to stop construction, as this committee takes the settlement of "Beit El" as its headquarters.

The facilities that have been notified are used for agricultural purposes in the lands to the southwest of the village, where they are located at a distance of no more than 200 meters from the annexation and expansion and separation wall.

It should also be noted that the occupation, through the so-called Israeli Civil Administration, handed the citizen Haitham Khaled Anakwa a military order to vacate his 3 dunums of land, which was used and where retaining walls were built around it, in addition to planting olive trees and placing a water tank in addition to a 50 square meter barn.

The affected farmer, Haitham Anakwa, told the Land Research Center field researcher the following:

“I own a plot of land located in the Bayader area, and its area is three dunums. Last October, I made terraces on the land and retaining walls in part, and in January I planted (90) olive trees, so that I work on exploiting the land and benefiting from it to be a source of livelihood for me and my children and even to protect it from the occupation’s confiscation of it”.

According to the military notification, which bears the number (01852), issued on 6/4/2022, the occupation claims that the plot is located within the so-called state property according to the description of the occupation, therefore, and the occupation has set a period not exceeding 45 days according to this military notification to vacate that plot.

The affected farmer also reported:

“I have all the papers that prove my ownership of the land. I have never neglected it, plowing it and planting it constantly. I was surprised by the military order to evacuate, which claims that the land is a state property, and I do not know on what basis it was transferred to this”.
