Affected citizen said:“I’ve been living in Fasayil for more than 19 years , and I depend on cattle breeding as a main source of income for my family, last year the occupation demolished my structures  that were there for more than ten years, on the pretext of building on an antiquities site. I got a mobile room and an outdoor bathroom as a donation from ACTED, but the occupation forces also confiscated them, now my children were left in the wild and I don’t know where to go.”

During the past four months, the occupation intensified assaults at the area of Fasayil Al-Wousta , and a large number of structures and facilities were demolished , in addition to closures imposed on vast areas of antiquities (as the occupation claims).

The Occupation turned most of lands in Fasayil Al-Wousta into closed military zones and governmental properties, and most facilities received demolition and removal notices on the pretext of building without a license.

Bedouins of Fasayil Al-Wousta descend from Arab Az-Zayed , Al-Kharbeesh , Al-Ebeyat clans. they were displaced from their homeland in 1948 Beer As-Saba’a towards South Hebron and later to the Jordan Valley , to live a dangerous life under the occupation’s arbitrary measurements.

Palestinian Bedouins in Fasayil Al-Wousta practice a basic lifestyle , and depend on cattle breeding as a main source of income, but the occupation is not leaving them alone , and they work day and night to empty the area for future colonialist projects around Pezael illegal colony.
