Improving Land Governance for Palestinian Farmers

Project Objectives: At improving security of tenure for Palestinian farmers in Area “C” of West Bank, with a strong focus on women’s access to land, using inheritance rights in specific as an entry point for improved land tenure security for women. This will be done through registering historical land rights and issuing land titles from the Israeli Planning and Construction Committee of the Civil Administration - Beit El, as a main priority of the project.
